Thanks to City Councilman and Mayor Pro Tem Will Morthland for again participating one of our 2025 Honorary Grand Marshals!
There were two more Honored 6th Annual Roswell Motoring Festival benefitting Roswell First Responders Grand Marshals
Fire Chief Pabel Troche, who has served as interim fire chief since early 2025, brings more than 20 years of service and leadership to the City of Roswell. His career includes roles as EMS Director, Battalion Chief, Deputy Chief, and Interim Fire Chief, overseeing a $17 million budget and a department of more than 150 employees.
“Chief Troche is a proven leader whose career reflects a deep dedication to Roswell,” said Mayor Kurt Wilson. “What truly sets him apart is how he leads with both his heart and strategy.”
The Roswell Motoring Festival is proud to recognize Chief Troche for his dedication to community and service as he helps lead the celebration on October 11. Seen here L-R Roswell First Responders Foundation Founder Michael Hernandez, Chief Troche and his wife Nicole. Pabel is a self confessed car guy and really like older air cooled Volkswagens so he's sure to see something he likes. Please make them feel welcome.

Chuck Beck is a legendary builder and fabricator whose creativity has left a lasting mark on car culture. From early days at Shelby working on the GT40 to wild one-offs like a Lamborghini V12 motorcycle seen here.. and the mid-engine Ford Festiva SHOgun, Jay Leno once said of Chuck,,, “Chuck is very sneaky, he know this picture of Shogun doing a rear wheel burnout would sell the car. It did!” Beck has always pushed the limits of imagination and performance.
Known for his Porsche and Lister replicas as much as his outrageous custom builds, Beck’s workshop on the Georgia–Alabama line has become a destination for enthusiasts. Cigarette in hand and stories at the ready, he embodies the unfiltered, hands-on spirit of hot-rodding—equal parts engineer, artist, and entertainer.
Please be sure to come say hello and thank him for his remarkable contributions to car culture.
